There are a few ways to purchase advance tickets. The first is to go down to the Qwest Center Omaha box office. There will be no other fees involved with a box office purchase.
You can also purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster by going to ticketmaster.com. Ticketmaster adds their own fees to our ticket price. For example, a $25.00 weekend pass
will cost an additional $7.20 in Ticketmaster fees for a total cost of $32.20.
No! You have two free options to receive your tickets. The first is to use their "Ticketfast" option which allows you to print your tickets at home. There is also a "will-call" option
where you can pick up your tickets at the Qwest Center Omaha on any of the days of the event.
Our advice here is to acquire one of the many free "print to pdf" applications on the web. Our preference is CutePDF. You may then save your tickets on your computer or a flash drive until
you are able to print them.
Bottom line, you'll pay less by purchasing your tickets in advance, even if you choose the convenience of an online purchase through Ticketmaster. There are no mandatory shipping fees
so on a purchase before April 1st, 2011 through Ticketmaster you will pay $32.20 for a weekend pass and receive a free T-shirt. If you wait and pay at the door you will pay $35.00
for the weekend. (Yes, originally the date was January 1st, but due to the Ticketmaster confusion, we have extended the date.)
Purchase any ticket before April 1st, 2011 and you are eligible to receive a FREE exclusive T-shirt. This shirt will not be available anywhere else. Simply send us a copy of your dated receipt. Stop by a public meeting or send us an
email for more information.
Unfortunately we are not able to get away from using Ticketmaster. However, you do have a few options. First, you may stop by the Qwest Center Omaha box office and purchase your tickets there with no added fees. Second, stop by one of our public meetings
and we'll go down to the box office and buy your ticket for you. Can't make it to a meeting? Send us an email and let us know your situation.
The simple answer is no, you will not have to register again at Contagion: Outbreak. The normal process for advanced ticket-holders will be as follows: In the morning you will show
your ticket to the ticket-takers at the entrance to the main exhibit hall. They will scan your ticket and hand you the appropriate laminated badge. You will need the laminated badge for
re-entry or to enter any satellite rooms for panels, activities, and such. However, you will need to register seperately for any gaming tournaments or other special activities
that require it.
Yes, most celebrity autographs will be available in advance on our website. This will streamline the process and
allow you to more quickly get your autographs at the show. You will NOT need to go through Ticketmaster for them. More details will be available soon.
There will be special celebrity events with limited availability and you will NOT need to go through Ticketmaster to buy tickets for them. Keep an eye on the website for when those
tickets go on sale because they will go quick!
